Our Rules & Guidelines

• Riders must be 18 years of age or older unless accompanied by an adult. 
• Abusive, disruptive and/or inappropriate behavior, language or actions toward drivers or other passengers is not permitted and will result in immediate action.   
• Transportation outside Houston County is not available.
• Eating, drinking, and smoking are not  permitted. Food and beverages may only be carried if securely closed in  spill-proof containers.
• Music may only be played if headphones are used and  volume set low enough not to disturb other passengers.
• Any items left on board the bus will be taken to the office at the end of each day.
• Riders are only allowed to transport packages they are able to carry themselves.   Drivers are not required to assist.
• Drivers can assist passengers in getting on and off the vehicle.
• Drivers are not allowed to enter homes.
• Pets are not permitted. Service animals welcomed.

Accessibility

• Wheelchair-accessible service is available. When you call to schedule your trip, please let us know of any assistance you may need getting on or off the vehicle. For the safety of all passengers, our policy requires wheelchairs to be secured to the vehicle. 
• Persons using respirators or portable oxygen are permitted on vehicles. 
• Service animals accompanying individuals with disabilities are permitted. 
• Riders with disabilities may be accompanied by an attendance or companion free of charge. Additional companions will be charged the regular fare. 

Cancellation Policy

• Any cancellations must be made by 6 a.m. on the day of the scheduled trip by calling (478) 997-1381 and leaving a message on the answering service. If two (2) cancellations are made after 6 a.m. on the day of the scheduled trip during any 30-day period, or if there are more than two (2) cancellations at any time within a five (5) day period, the rider is subject to a 10-day suspension.
